Reset my pc no apps are launching, what do I do?

must I change microsoft accounts and get a new license?I reset my whole pc because all my accounts got breached and thought I had a trojan, I changed emails on all my accounts and logged in to my microsoft account but all my default apps won't open and I can't get them restored please help
