I am reaching out for assistance regarding an issue I am experiencing with my HP laptop (Model: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15-eu0xxx).When I purchased this laptop, it came with a genuine version of Windows 10 installed (OS Edition: Windows Core, Version: 2009). I had enabled BitLocker for additional security on my data. Unfortunately, due to an unknown issue, Windows failed to load, and despite trying various troubleshooting methods, I was unable to resolve the problem.
