Replacing SSD Windows 10 Pro with new empty SSD, then installing Windows 11 Pro

I have a PC with an SSD that has OEM Windows 10 Pro installed (which has repeatedly offered me an upgrade to Windows 11). I will remove the SSD with Windows 10 and insert a new, larger (empty) SSD. I will install Windows 11 Pro on the new SSD. Will there be any issues with licensing?
