Replacement of WIFI network adapter

Hello, I have recently replaced on my laptop the internal wifi mini card (RTL8187B - 802.11b/g) with a newer LCL-RTL8821CE card in order to try to receive 2.4 and 5ghz signal. The Laptop is an old 2010 Notebook made by Clevo computers (model : M77SUA - uPGA 479M) recently also upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 7. It has an INTEL Pentium T4500 @ 2.30Ghz Penryn 45nm processor.I was hoping actually that as the old card was realtek the new which is also realtek might be plug and play. However after I installed the new card it was not identified in the Device manager and kept showing the old 8187
