Repeated "HDMI No signal" even though PC is running fine ?

This has been a recurrent issue for the last 3 months, even since i got my monitor replaced. It just randomly turns off, then shows "HDMI no signal" but the PC is working fine, and the only way to fix it is to do a forced shutdown and turn it on again. I thought maybe the monitor was the issue so i connected my TV Service to monitor and it worked fine, even changed the HDMI cable, used DDU to reinstall gpu driver, even did a reset but nothing worked.
