Repeated error There is a problem with the DNS cache.

Sometimes the internet cuts out and the troubleshooter says There is a problem with the DNS cache. The error persists after multiple restarts and even tried upgrading to w11.Have tried flushing DNS cache from CMD, and tried running all these commands;ipconfig /releaseipconfig /flushdnsipconfig /renewnetsh winsock resetnetsh interface ipv4 resetnetsh interface ipv6 resetnetsh winsock reset catalognetsh int ipv4 reset reset.lognetsh int ipv6 reset reset.log What can I do?
