Repeated BSODs randomly

I started getting repeated BSODs randomly most of them with error code IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL after some research i found out that it could be a faulty RAM problem so i completely changed my RAM and the same problem still exists i tried to find the newest drivers to make sure that they are installed using Driver Booster but no use and finally I Clean installed windows 11 but no use
