Reoccurring disappearing touch pad pointer problem.

Hi all, I am yet another user experiencing the disappearing touch pad pointer problem. This stated approx 1 month ago. I have seen other posts and suggested resolutions but mine is a recurring problem which would suggested it is being caused by a reoccurring event rather than a one off problem of a corrupt file or such. I note that there are a lot of other users out there experiencing this problem so suspect there is a background task running on the affected computers that makes the arrow disappear, during which time (in my case) the disable/enable driver fix does not work.
