Rented movie not showing up

I paid to rent a movie through Microsoft on my phone. It shows up as recently purchased in MoviesAnywhere on my phone. However when we sign into Movies Anywhere on the Xbox One, the movie doesn't show up. Microsoft IS connected to the Movies Anywhere account. Help!!We tried resetting the Xbox as suggested in another help thread. It also suggested restoring purchases in settings but there doesn't appear to be that option.
