Renaming Bluetooth Devices Windows 11 taken out?

Hi there? I have a Lenovo Windows 11 PC. I'm wondering is there a reason why the ability rename a Bluetooth device was taken out for Windows 11? I've Googled how to do it and there is no possible way to do it.Navigating to the Bluetooth opens the settings app and clicking the 3 dots does not allow me to go to properties of the device, just disconnect, and remove. Going through the Control Panel and clicking the devices options forces me back into the settings app. I found a way to get around it through right click and selecting "open" in control panel.
