Removing outdated article that contains wrong information

It has come to my attention that MSN has republished an article from the Philadelphia inquirer. This article was removed from the inquirer site due to it containing wrong information and I have a court order for its removal. Not sure why MSN republished the article but I need it removed immediately. Please help.
