Removing Driver for Modem on Windows 11

Hi,About a month ago i installed samsung mobile driver from google for S21+ and it worked. And now two days ago i have an update for Samsung modem "SAMSUNG Electronics Co., Ltd. - Modem - 2.19.1.0" i installed it and restart my windows now i can connect to internet but it shows No Internet because my Ip is showing 169.254.xx.xx it only connect when i changes my Ip to 192.168.xx.xx i search my modem driver in device manager but i cant find it i also checked in hidden devices but it not there i also tried thesenetsh int ip reset netsh winsock reset ipconfig /release ipconfig /renew ipconfig /fl
