Removing an account on windows 10

Hiya!My sister recently got a new laptop, and I want to remove her account from my laptop. She gave me admin to remove it, but the option to remove/add accounts isn't there. She made her account to a local one to try and sign out, but it failed!I would love to have an answer.Thanks!
