Removed family members but still getting security notification emails

Some time ago I removed my son's email addresses from our family group as they were grown and this was no longer required.However I continue to receive security notification emails - see below for both accounts.I'm concerned that this violates their privacy now they are adults and also seems to indicate that they do not have complete control over their own accounts.You can see from below that the name of the app is included.I have tried installing the android Family app and it shows no-one listed, as does the website.
