Removed drivers by accident

I was trying to delete some files in the C: drivers and messing a bit. But when I returned to the "This PC" section, I founded that my F; and E: drivers are no where to be found, it has some important files in it, please help meSo before this happened, here is my story:I went to the optimize drives in the storage in system and somehow I discovered the create more files, since I'm low on space so I just choose one of the Toshiba drives and a file with numbers at letters, I choose the Toshiba then I proceed, then I take me to the create file section and after a few minute of trying to create a
