Remove properties, removing ALL properties, not just single selected

Hi there. I use iTunes to extract songs from CDs I have purchased, but they always leave a “0” in the comments field on the file properties. I can’t remove them from iTunes itself, and when I go to “remove properties” option on Windows explorer, I select the “remove the following properties from this file” option, and although I only select/check the “comments” box, it completely eradicates ALL fields of the mp3 file. Artwork, album title, artist, year, everything.Is this a bug on Windows, or am I doing something wrong?
