Hi, I have just bought a new laptop and logged into my old microsoft account. However, upon further inspection it seems I have share this account with someone and they are in fact the administrator. I no longer talk to this person [and they are not even my parent, if indeed the account was set up when I was a child, I cannot remember]. I want to remove myself from the family account but I can't seem to do this. I have contacted microsoft and they cannot remove me. Only the administrator can.
