Remove a windows account from my laptop

I have a 2nd personal account that I want to remove from work accountI follow instructions per belowOpen Settings.Click on Accounts.Select the account you want to remove.Only 1 account appears but when I click on Emails accounts the 2nd account appears. The only option I have is to select manage account which opens a MyAccount window but cant find a place to delete from laptopThanks
