Remove a microsoft account from a pc

Pretty intuitive, i wanna keep a local account on my pc, i created a local user during the windwos configuration but sometimes my account connects to my pc without letting me know or accepting it, it is something that happens and apparently i cannot control it. My question is: how do i permanently remove a connection between an account and a certain pc? I've already tried to remove the device from the settings of my mircosoft account but nothing happens, i tried to look for the "sign in with a local account" option in "settings>accounts>your info" but there isn't any option like that.
