Can't connect to my laptop outside the network. Using public IP of device wanting to connect to; internal IP mapped to device with port forwarding on router.Please rectify.Both devices using Windows 11 Pro.EDIT: can connect while on the same network using device's name. Using external IP doesn't work.EDIT2: The advice provided on Microsoft Remote Desktop Error( 0x204) - Microsoft Q&A doesn't help. Restarted both laptops with no change in result. Please have this issue fixed immediately.
