Yes it is, but the help files never say where it is, they just offer shortcuts to the executable.
A very simple thing of course but overlooked.

Vista is supposed to make things easier for -most- home users. Pointing most home users to the exe doesn't, I don't think, make things easier. I created a RD shortcut on my desktop by dragging the icon from the Start Orb | All programs | Accesories menu. I don't care where the exe is if I can do that... or have the help system open it up for me.
