Remote Desktop Not Working on New laptop

[Windows 11]

have a Windows 11 machine that serves as my HTPC. I can connect to it from Desktop A (wired) and Laptop B (WiFi). All three use my Microsoft account credentials. I use the same credentials in Remote Desktop to connect A and B to the HTPC device. All three are Windows 11 Pro.I recently purchased a new Windows 11 Pro laptop (Laptop C) . When I try connecting C to the HTPC using the same Microsoft credentials I get the Incorrect Credentials error every time.I have verified all systems are using the same MS account and password.Where is the problem?
