Remote Desktop License server connection issue

Having an issue with an RD Session host connecting to our RD licensing server, policies in place, other servers can connect without issue.The licensing diagnoser reports that the license server doesn't have any installed licenses, but the section that I'm trying to understand is where it show Connectivity to both license servers as "Available", but under "Credentials" is "Not available". Is this a firewall issue, or something else? What exactly does it mean when it reports Credentials as "Not available"?Licensing mode is Per User, for what it's worth...
