Remote desktop from Windows 11 PC to Mac Mini not working

I have a Mac Mini and have installed the Windows App on it: Windows App on the Mac App Store. Through this app I'm able to remote desktop to other Windows PC's on the network. However when I try to use Remote desktop to connect to the Mac Mini I get this error: The firewall on the mac mini is disabled and both the computers are on the same network so would appreciate any guidance on what I'm missing.
