Remapping an OLD keyboard with No Co-Pilot key so that the "Right CTRL" works like the Co-Pilot key.

I have tried using Powertoys to remap the key, but it doesn't seem to be working.If I press the co-pilot icon on my taskbar, it opens up and works.
