Reloaded win 8.1 after crash. Windows now will not except retail product key.

Had to do a clean install of windows 8.1 on intel i7-4770 computer after crash. This is a retail boxed copy, 2 disk with product card, purchased from local office supply. Operated fine before when original key was entered from the enclosed card.

After reloading Microsoft will not except product key. It even gave me an different key which I have never seen before and added an water mark on the desktop. (Windows 8.1 Pro Build 9600).

I had even purchased the pro version add on to windows 8.1.

Same machine, nothing has changed!!

This should never happen, purchased retail copy and only needed to reload!

I need my machine back to it's original state.


give me a contact, remote access, direct phone.

need this machine back on line.
