The ToastNotificationMode in Windows.UI.Notifications has 3 values: Unrestricted, PriorityOnly and AlarmsOnly, and it apparently works only on Windows 11However in Windows 11, there does not seem to be a way to directly modify this state using the Settings UI, even under the Do Not Disturb setting.Is ToastNotificationMode the way to programatically query for a user's Do Not Disturb state, and if yes, how does one change the state (from unrestricted to PriorityOnly or AlarmsOnly) directly using the Do Not Disturb setting UI?
