Reinstalling Win 11 on a laptop with new SSD and a replaced motherboard!

Hi, I have Dell XPS 9570(purchased in 2018). I am upgrading the SSD to 1TB from 500GB. My question, on my new SSD while I install the OS how does Windows detects or where will it get the Win license key from? This laptop came with Win and Office+Outlook pre-installed. I am told that these laptops which came with pre-installed OS has license key stored in the motherboard, but I had motherboard on this laptop replaced few months back from Dell as old one had gone kaput. Apreciate the quick response.
