Reinstalled Win 10 Pro; says Activate Windows. But when I try, will not activate. How can I reactivate Windows 10 Pro?

Router went bad about 2 weeks ago. Installed new router. then could not get on internet. Have been a member of Microsoft 365 for a few years, always working fine. Looked at windows on this Dell PC, and there were no files in the Network area. So, reinstalled Windows 10 Pro from memory stick copied from another PC, also on Microsoft 365. Now can get on internet (am using it now). Now does seem to be using Windows. but says Activate Windows. But when I try, will not activate. I have spent several days trying this. Seems to be affecting iCloud backup and will not let me use Word, etc. How can I r
