reinstall windows 11

i want to ask that as i upgraded to windows 11 from 10, so after installing will it be in windows 11 or 10?and i want to use the disk in which the windows currently is working after reinstall, there are 2 option one is installation media and one is ISO.i look forword for answer to this question.Akshat
