Reinstall pre-built in apps such as battery saver

Erm.. So recently I went to settings > Apps and may have uninstalled the battery saver and some other few apps in order to get more storage (very stupid of me) Soo.. i’m wondering if I can reinstall them back? If anyone has answers I would really appreciate your kindness please and thank you.
