I still have not had any success .

Might there be a solution without

paying for this supposed fix ?

If you mean that there is no framedyn.dll in

%systemroot%\system32\dllcache (it's not there in my system), try

looking in %windir%\ServicePackFiles\i386

I want to thank ALL of you who replied to

my post .

What I did was download " framedyn.dll "

and dragged it into Windows\System32\wbem folder .

It seems to be working so I'll leave well enough

alone .
