Registy keeps changing after i reboot

I change registry value : "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Search\Flighting\1\SearchBoxText\Value" from "Type here to search" to "Search the web and Windows" (to get old search back) and after i reboot it changes automatically. I have done all the steps necessary for it to stop and it didn't stop anyway. Please help me someone, fix this thing!
