Registry Intel and Avalon.Graphics settings

Is it possible in Registry settings in Avalon.Graphics (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Avalon.Graphics) to be set frequency of the Display by adding extra "String Value", with the best possible option: CCRX (as is for Example RTX for a display to be universal)? Does that change the view of the display? I believe the display changes... What do those extra "String values" or "DWORD" values mean to Windows operating system? And is it possible to divide the frequencies of the display by adding registry new "Keys": "New Key #1", "New Key #2", "New Key #3", with each folder
