Registry Editor "TaskbarSi" line no longer resizes taskbar

Since I updated to Windows 11 (I'm now on version 10.0.22621), I've been using RegEdit to set Taskbar Size to 0, as described in many places online. However, I've recently started my computer to find that is no longer working, and I'm stuck with the enormous Win11 default taskbar.I've checked my registry and I still have the TaskbarSi line set to 0, so I'm not sure what's stopping that from actually taking effect. I've followed the steps in the final reply to this post, which details disabling a registry edit policy, but my Policy folder doesn't contain a "TaskbarNoResize" file or an explorer
