Regedit Audio Enhancement disable

I am trying to use a cmd script to add a registry key in windows 11 23H2 using a simple reg add command as Administrator, but it keeps saying access denied. But if i open the regedit.exe as administrator and navigate to the same key, then am able to add/delete an value. Not sure why it works manually and not using reg add command.
