Regarding Manage Add-ons in windows 10

Hi,

I have two user account in my system 1. 'Administrator' account and 2. 'Service' account

In Administrator when i clicked Internet explorer->Manage Add-ons am seeing Java(tm) Plug-In SSV Helper and Java(tm) Plug-In 2 SSV Helper in enabled state but in the service account am seeing both has 'Incompatible' state because of this incompatibilty am not able to signing out when i close the internet explorer in service account.

Java version used is: 8.0.2310.11

OS : Windows 10


It would be great if someone suggest me what might be the issue?
