Reformat completely broke my computer

I posted a thread yesterday about how to format a drive that windows is installed on, and received a response. I followed the instructions in said thread, and when the installation began, my C drive is no longer recognized. I am including the link to the article which I used. Can anyone guide me on how to get my computer running again?
