reebot in normal mode

I checked in - system configuration - boot menu- that windows 10 should boot in safe mode. Now I can't go back to normal mode because it doesn't recognize the administrator password (set by me). Any command I give asks for the admin password. What alternatives do I have to go back to normal mode? I read that
