I am running Windows 10 Home Version 21H2 (OS build 19044.1806) on an HP pavilion 64bit. The sound when I empty the recycle bin has stopped working and nothing I try seems to work. In fact when you go to the sound control board none of the sounds will do a test sound. I have run troubleshooter and the only thing it finds wrong is Windows Generic driver. I am using realtec high definition speakers and have the newest drivers installed. I have even run SFC and it found absolutely nothing. Does anyone know a reason why I can't set the sound for the recycle bin?ThanksLeroy Hindman
