Recurring Grey Screen and System Issues – Need Assistance

Let me start by expressing how frustrating this ongoing issue has been. For nearly two months now, my PC has been experiencing random grey screens. This happens regardless of what I'm doing—whether browsing, gaming, or even just leaving the system idle.When the screen turns grey, I can’t do anything: no sound, no input response, pressing Ctrl + Shift + Windows + B doesn't do anything and my mouse and keyboard disconnect (their RGB lights turn off).
