So recently I have been receiving error code 0x80280013 stating my pin is unavailable even after "resolving" issue multiple times previously. I've gone through the steps of deleting to the NGC folder, and also on a later occasion I reset my TPM and then reset my pin; both fixed the pin error but only temporarily. The issues returned after a few days to a week. I did have issues deleting the NGC folder, even after resetting ownership I had to shift+delete and could not just use right click delete option. I'm not sure if that could have any implications. Thanks in advance, I am eager to get this
