Recurring appointments disappear & reappear, invites accepted and 12h later get declined - Outlook/O365

Hi community,


Recently i have had few users having several issues with meeting rooms Calendars


First issue was meeting rooms accepting a meeting and then sending a rejection 12h later. a user booked a meeting room, minute later he gets an email that the room is booked... over night he gets an email advising that the meeting has been rejected cause the room is booked. (Meeting rooms have 2 delegates that can reject or accept, both of them didn't action this request. meeting rooms are designed to accept or reject invite based on availability)


Second frustrating issue we are having is Recurring appointments disappearing from the meeting rooms calendars, for instance... a weekly recurring meeting is showing on all weeks except this week and next week.


Third issue, Shared calendars and meeting rooms calendar are not syncing. i've got 2 users who are delegates for meetings rooms and manage executive's calendars... their delegates calendars and the room calendars has to be manually synced for it to updates. (I've changed sync settings on outlook to auto sync every 5min, didn't work)


We use Outlook for O365, W10E 1803
