I have a new laptop that has a defective screen. It's under warranty and they will repair it. However they said they need to erase the computer. I'm running Windows 11 64bit here. What's the best way to get back up and running? Is the Windows System Image feature still optional? I don't have any money to pay for a third party service. If it is, what are some clear steps to do this? I've searched on the internet and every single video or article I was able to find on the subject was hard to follow.
