Recovery System Image fails with STATUS_WAIT_2 XX80070002

I have an Dell Inspiron desktop, The system had Windows 10 Home installed. The HD was tested as failing but still booting so I create a Windows Backup on my NAS. I then replaced the HD. Now I'm trying to restore the system using that Windows backup. I am at a place where I get the above error.Here's what I've done:I have Windows Recovery USB drive. I used it to preform a clean install of Windows 10 Home on the new disk.Go to Settings > Update and Security > Recovery.
