Recover stolen account that was also deleted

Alright, I've seen a few topics like this and unfortunately the responses were not helpful for me.A hacker got into my account because I was stupid and ran some suspicious software on my PC, they fortunately did not succeed in stealing all of my other types of accounts, but they managed to get into my Microsoft account, changed my password and then I believe they changed the main email on that account, and then it was like my account no longer existed.A day after I noticed this, I did a complete Windows Reset and changed my passwords on everything.
