Hi, I signed up for 365 for Business yesterday but was given some random email so I changed to my domain. However, it is now telling me I am not an admin and I do not have the ID for the 'admin account'. I have tried calling support 10 times but just get hung up on or go round in a look.I just need to know how I can recover my admin ID. It really shouldn't be THIS HARD!!!
