Recover a background photo I somehow deleted

Somehow I removed a background photo and am unable to get it back. In Settings>Personalization I used to be able to browse photos and select the one I want. I can't seem to find that Browse anymore. I've had this background for more than a year (I know- boring) and now I can't recover it from my Pictures files.I have the picture, I just can't move it to the background.JGLTX
