Reconnect Outlook to Outlook.com Message

All of a sudden Outlook started asking for my password constantly. I ended up changing it and it still ask. I followed all the steps that they virtual help said to do, however I am still getting the Reconnect message and no email on outlook. I however to get it on outlook.com. I have 3 email accounts on Outlook and outlook.com email is the only one giving me problems. I click the link in the email from outlook saying reconnect and it tells me the link has expired. I have read about numerous people having the same issue. What is the fix?
