Recently downloaded Windows 10 on my new laptop but there is no WiFi option, what is going on?

I recently bought a new Lenovo IdeaPad Gaming 3 15 (R5-16GB-512GB-RTX 3050) without an OS. I downloaded Windows 10 Pro and all seemed fine until I tried to connect to the WiFi and found there was no option to. I have everything needed to connect to the internet hardware wise yet nothing happens.Desperately trying to sort this out and would really appreciate some help
